Juneko Martinson
Fiber Artist
I began needle felting in 2004 while living in the San Francisco Bay Area, and immediately fell in love with the medium. My husband and I moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2007 where we began raising our own alpacas and sheep. Since then I have immersed myself in all phases of my art from wool production to fiber sculptures.
I have a passion for creating felted critters that delight and inspire others. I also teach classes in the Portland/Vancouver area and design kits that let people discover the joy of felting. Besides needle felting, I also enjoy spinning, weaving, crocheting and knitting.
